All appointments can be made online, with same-day slots occasionally available by phone. We ask each client to arrive on time, with a 15-minute grace period to accommodate unexpected delays. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your service may be canceled and a $25 fee will be added to your account. This policy helps us honor the schedules of all guests and maintain the calm, organized environment our Andover clients expect. To provide flexibility, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a $25 late cancellation fee. These guidelines allow us to efficiently manage our appointment book and minimize disruption for everyone.

No refunds are issued, as our time, expertise, and hygiene standards mean each booking is reserved and prepared uniquely for you. If you are not satisfied with your lash extension results, we may offer a complimentary removal at our discretion.
